COVID Questions

To our patients and families,

I miss seeing your smiling faces! I hope that you and your loved ones are healthy.  We plan to open our doors again very soon.  As you would expect, things will look and feel a little different when you come to our office.  Our goals remain centered on giving you the best orthodontic experience possible.  We have always followed the guidelines put forth by the CDC, OSHA and the ADA.  We are now taking additional measures that go beyond these regulations in an effort to keep our patients, team and community healthy and safe.

  • Please do not arrive for an appointment if you or someone close to you is sick or feverish. 
  • When you arrive for your appointment, please call 509-443-5597 from your car.  We will let you know when we are ready to get you seated in our office. 
  • Before you enter the office, we will do a wellness screening.
  • We will be checking temperatures of everyone entering the office.
  • We also request that family members wait in the car, if possible, during the appointment.
  • We will communicate with family members via phone, text or FaceTime after each appointment.

Please arrive for your appointment with clean teeth.  Our brushing stations will not be in use until the pandemic is behind us.  Alert us ahead of time if anything is broken or loose so that we can prepare for your visit.

We have altered our schedule to allow for social distancing.  This means fewer people in the office at any given time. We ask for your patience as we reschedule hundreds of appointment.  We will be working extra hours to get everyone back on track as soon as possible.  We will be calling in the coming weeks to get you back on our schedule.

Try to stay positive amid all the unknowns and JUST KNOW that you have an AWESOME SMILE waiting for you on the other side of this.  Can’t wait to see you all!
